Returns (Without affecting secondary sales)
Within 10 days – You must return the product within 10 days of receipt:
If you purchased shipping insurance, the entire cost will be covered by us.
If you did not purchase shipping insurance, we will deduct 30% of the refund amount as our return shipping fee, other than that, you do not need to pay any other additional return fee.
Or you can send the goods you need to return to our warehouse by express. Of course, all the costs incurred during the return period will be borne by the customer.
If you do not agree with the return method, please do not click the return button in the order. Once you have clicked the return button and made a request, we will assume that you agree to our default return program.
Our policies are valid for 10 days. If 10 days have passed since you received your product, we regret that we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within any applicable return days as applied by your bank.
Shipped Cancelled Orders(if applicable)
Once the order is shipped and the customer requests a cancellation/refund, we need to confirm the request and make an intercept to the courier, and after the intercept is successful, a refund can be made.
Please note that canceling a shipped order without a reason is subject to an interception fee of 20% of the paid amount of the order.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you havenβt received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.Β If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email with eligible proof of photos at [email protected].Β
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youβll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasnβt marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
If you would like to return an item, you will need to contact us first to confirm that it meets the return policy and our staff will contact you with a return address.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donβt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
